To comply with current legislation, if an installer is to introduce non-Limited clients to leasing a Consumer Credit Licence is required for the category ‘Credit Brokerage’.
A licence is not required to provide leasing to Limited companies or local authorities including their education sites, a government body or a partnership with 4 or more partners.
